We’re very happy to welcome onboard Ekoï as our new eyewear performance partner. The cutting edge technology that they apply to both lenses and frames to make their glasses as lightweight and durable as possible is something that will benefit our guys in both racing and training.

Team Novo Nordisk partner with Ekoï, major player in the European cycling equipment market.

ATLANTA, Ga., March  21, 2022 – Team Novo Nordisk, the world’s first all-diabetes professional cycling team, today announced an exciting new partnership with Ekoï  as official eyewear performance sponsor for the 2022 season.

“We’re very happy to welcome onboard Ekoï as our new eyewear performance partner,”  said Vassili Davidenko, TNN General Manager. “The cutting edge technology that they apply to both lenses and frames to make their glasses as lightweight and durable as possible is something that will benefit our guys in both racing and training.”

“After only a couple of weeks of using Ekoï glasses our guys are already singing their praises and talking about how they can’t feel them on their face while riding and how wide the field of vision is. I hope this will be a successful partnership and as a team we are looking forward to working and racing together with Ekoï.”

Created in 2001 almost 21 years ago, the EKOÏ brand quickly became a leader in France and a major player on the European cycling equipment market. Pioneer of direct sales on the internet in 2008, EKOÏ by eliminating intermediaries offers products with unrivaled price/quality ratio, generally 30% to 40% less expensive than the competition. The EKOÏ strategy is to allow its customers to benefit from the expertise of professional riders, who, thanks to sponsorship, help EKOÏ to improve and innovateits products.

“I am very happy and proud to start this partnership with Team Novo Nordisk," said Pietro Cicoria, Ekoï Sponsoring manager. "The strength and commitment of the team to enable riders with diabetes to compete fascinates me. With our collaboration Ekoï also wishes to contribute to this adventure. I am sure that this sharing will be beautiful, constructive, solid and long.”
